There needs to be at least 4 hours notice from the current time to the appointment time chosen. By entering your details, you are agreeing to the clinic cancellation policy. The policy requires at least 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellation, or a fee may be incurred.
Payment will be taken at the end of the appointment and can be made by card, cash or bank transfer. Unless you are covered by BUPA or AXAPPP private medical insurance.
The Clinic will not give, sell or disclose your details onto any third party without prior consent. Your details will not be used for any purpose other than for sending appointment and clinic details, and sending health advice.
